Our method of sealing the cuts on each braid, edge & exposed hole creates a waterproof seal and prevents fraying of the webbing inside the biothane for a seamless, leather-like look.

Durability & safety is our top priority at The Sleek Hound. That's why we use 5/8 inch(15.875mm) width leather free Standard Beta BioThane® that is 100% waterproof, stink-proof, mold resistant and most importantly, worry-free. The break strength for the 5/8" webbing is 625lbs(283.5kg), which is the sturdiest of webbing that will hold even the toughest canine!

Sizing

• All collars are made to order and are custom to your pet’s size. To ensure a perfect fit, pull the measuring tape snugly around your pet’s neck and leave room for your pinkie finger between the tape and your pet’s neck. The size in centimeters will be the middle hole, out of 5 holes. This means that with the correct fitting at the middle hole, the end of the webbing will not be too short or too long for the strap keeper and will look much neater than a collar with a huge size range.

• Do not measure your existing collars for sizing
• Custom hole sizing or extra holes are available upon request.
• Holes are 1/2inch apart for a better fit

The smallest size available is 23cm. This size fits as small as 21cm. The number of braids starts at 3 and will have more braids according to collar size.
