At The Sleek Hound, every item is carefully handmade in Singapore. We take pride in creating quality pieces for you.
Dispatch Times

Handmade Items (The Sleek Hound): Your order will be dispatched on the date indicated at the time of purchase. You can also check your order confirmation email for details. As each piece is crafted with care, we kindly ask for your patience while we prepare your order.

Toys & Walking Essentials (Ahahland Brand): These items are ready stock and will be dispatched within 2 working days, regardless of the ship date indicated for handmade items.

Mixed Orders (Handmade + Ahahland): If your order contains both The Sleek Hound handmade items and Ahahland products, the dispatch time will follow the handmade item’s dispatch date as shown at checkout and in your order confirmation email.
Please note: Processing times are separate from shipping times. Once dispatched, delivery timelines are subject to the courier and may vary.

- We mainly do not ship to USA unless you are willing to pay extra for FedEx. Please email or drop us a message to enquire.
International Shipping & Customs
All international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or tariffs that may apply upon delivery.

The Sleek Hound does not collect or cover these charges and cannot predict what they may be, as they are determined by your country’s customs authorities.

Please check with your local customs office before placing your order.

If you refuse to pay customs fees, your package may be returned or destroyed. In such cases, The Sleek Hound cannot be held liable for loss, and refunds will not be issued.
Lost or Undelivered Parcels

If you selected doorstep delivery, a replacement will only be issued if the courier officially declares the item lost.

If delivery is marked as “delivered” or proof of delivery is provided, The Sleek Hound is not responsible for theft, non-collection, or similar issues. No compensation, refund, or replacement will be provided in these cases.

For higher-value orders, we recommend choosing insured shipping (available upon request). Please note that liability for loss or damage ends once the package is handed over to the courier.
Delays Beyond Our Control
While we strive to meet delivery timelines, The Sleek Hound is not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to: customs processing, courier delays, weather disruptions, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances.
