At The Sleek Hound, each item is handmade to order. As such, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind, sizing errors, or general wear and tear.
Defective Items (Handmade Products)

If you receive an item that you believe to be defective, you must contact us within 2 days of delivery with photos and details.

Claims regarding defects must be made upon receipt; we cannot accept claims made after the item has been used.

If the defect is confirmed to be due to craftsmanship, we may, at our discretion, offer a repair, exchange, or refund.

We strictly do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for damage caused by misuse, chewing, improper storage, or normal wear.

These products are eligible for exchange only; refunds are not permitted.

Exchange requests must be made within 7 calendar days of delivery.

Exchanges will be issued in the form of store credit, which can be used towards another product in our webstore.

To qualify for an exchange, the product must be:

In unused condition, and

Returned with its original, intact packaging.

Customers are responsible for the full cost of returning the item to our office.

Original shipping fees paid are non-refundable and will not be credited.
Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled if we have not yet begun production.

PayNow transactions: Eligible for a full refund.

Credit card transactions: Refunds will be issued in the form of store credit (gift card) only. Cash refunds are not available.
Exclusions & Limitations

The Sleek Hound reserves the right to refuse any exchange, return, or refund request at our discretion.

Shipping fees (including original shipping, return shipping, and customs fees where applicable) are non-refundable.

We are not liable for any loss, damage, or delay once an item has been dispatched and handed over to the courier.
