In the event where a buckle, snap, screw, or D-ring fails, we will repair them for free.

Limitations

We only cover defects caused by material and craftsmanship.

The warranty excludes all damage caused by wear and tear, damage caused by your dog (such as chewing), or any events that are out of our control.

Normal wear and tear includes scratches, natural aging of hardware and brass tarnish/discolouration. Plated hardware corrosion/scratches will not be covered by our warranty.

Improper use may cause the webbing to break, thus it will not be covered under our warranty.

Stains or colour transfer on the webbing will not be covered.

Biothane can crack on rare occasions. Flea collars may affect the integrity of biothane collars so please avoid them. Cracking is part of wear and tear and is not covered by our warranty.

Shipping Costs

We do not cover the shipping costs to and from our workshop. 

Please drop us an email if you have found a defect on your item with a photo and details, and we will respond to you within 24 hours.

Form submission is no longer required. Warranty is now automatic.
